Does anyone know where I can find a 03/04 Cobra Decklid I have looked everywhere

I'd say ebay or CL, but you said you looked everywhere already. Maybe try finding a V6 decklid that didn't have a spoiler (might be easier to find maybe) so there won't be any holes to fill, then get a Cobra spoiler to throw on it.
