Default Transmission Problems

I have an 03 GT with an automatic transmission and about three days ago i noticed a whining noise coming from my transmission right before it shifts. The whining sounds identical to the sound your power steering makes when it's low on fluid or going out. I know for a fact it the transmission and not the powersteering. On a cold start the noise is loud, i mean you can hear it over my exhaust, as the car warms up the noise quiets down and becomes hard to hear but it's still there. I've checked the fluid level and it's where it needs to be. The car seems to be shifting and driving fine, i'm just worried that my transmission is damaged and going to blow on me. Any thoughts??

The mods on my are car: MAC LT's, O/R X-pipe, cat-back, CAI, Lower springs, 4:10's, and the car is also tuned with an SCT X3 by More Power Tuning. The shifts are the are set to shift really strong, but i drive this car everyday and have had a single problem till now.
