You didn't specify that you were looking at dr's in the op so that's why I said you should look at them. But if you want similar traction and better wet weather traction go with the NT05's. The NT05's are a tire all their own with drag radial version available. The regular nitto dr's are an NT555 base. Does any of that make sense?

yeah perfect. I just called cj poney (where I am ordering the wheels)

the 17x9 are on back order for a few weeks....

either way, do you think that NT 555 DR 315's are better then 245 sumitumos in dry/wet/space weather? lol I need an improvement... not necessarily going for full out DR's. I need to drive these on a DD as well.

What do you think?

Those are fine...Do not order from cj's though. Horrible customer service from them. I was about to spend 1600 in parts with them and they treated me like ****!!! Won't ever get my business or anyone I can convince to stay away. Don't like dealing with them at all.

I say go for it but don't get cobra wheels. They are way to played out and boring now. Get yourself a nice set of ccw's or tf's.

"I" think the DD 10 Anniv. Cobra wheels in gunmetal would look good and be somewhat original.

I think the cobras will look sweet. But i think for 1200 you should try to find those kinda wheels used or something... I have seen deals for 4 cobra wheels with good tires for 450-500... You can always save money by pickin up 2 and getting 2 for the rear! just an idea...

I think some saleens would look sick on your car

I think saleens would look sick on many cars.....biased though obviously.
For example....HP, I think your car would look sick w/ black saleens.
