I like the cowl and also the 2000 cobra R hood so I say go with one of them 2. The 03/04 hood isn't that kool haha.

my fav hood is the 03-04 v6 hood. I also really like the 2" cowl hoods.

You're right its cool!

When I first got my GT I liked my hood and front bumper way more than the cobra but i'm completely opposite now. My fav hood is by far the 2000 Cobra R. But I would never rock it without some power to back it up and also some other exterior mods to flow with it. Plopping it on a stock exterior GT is for ********, I saw one this weekend.

YUCK @ the recessive hood scoop.

In my opinion, all you need to back up the cobra R hood is 385hp at the crank, if you measure from ***** to tip...or about 325rwhp. So if you have either h/c/i or a blower of some sort and a decent suspension, you can rock the Cobra R hood in my book.

OK, just to be straight. I will not be getting a cobra r hood. So that one is out. I'm leaning towards the Steeda cowl I think. But I also think the hood I have now could work perfectly with the completed car...

The cervinis stlaker hood. FTMFW

And don't tell me it looks like a 05/06 GTO, because this body kit was designed a good two years before Pontiac started putting scoops on the Monaro.

i personally like the way your car is now, but if changed, go 03-04 cobra. i think that would flow well on your car

Just so were clear here...I am not telling you to buy a cobra r hood. I'm saying what the qualifications of having one are...for anyone in general that would want one since it's being discussed here. Now as for your hood choice. I really don't like the steeda hood just because of those little like waves or dimples on the front of the cowl. Looks horrible. Of you want that look get a cowl. Just my opinion.
