Jim St.Charles ran a 9.999 with a 2600lb 2v with a $10,000 aod. They penalized him after that, obviously. No one had ever ran a 2v with an aod so when the rules committee made the rules they "guessed" for lack of a better word and underestimated the 2v/aod combo. Nonetheless, the 9.99 still counts, and is the fastest pass in pure street history.
