Pictures of my finally lowered stang =)
I just got done with the suspension mods and figured Id post some pictures of what the end result was. I gave it a quick wash (in fact its still wet) but that's about it. Figured Id get some pictures before shes stored away for the winter
Before:
After:
I'm pretty pleased how it turned out, it scrapes on bumps however now =P
What I did was KYB GR2 struts and shocks all around
poly front control arm bushings
ball joints and tie rods
stock springs with one coil removed in the front and 1.5 in the rear and no isos
(need bump steer and C&C plates now)
It handles great from before, of course the negative camber is prob a lot of it. However I'm not worried about the wear on the front tires they were going to be replaced next season anyways. The ride isn't as harsh as I expected, even with poly bushings and stiffer springs and struts.

thanks, it finally feels like a sports car in the corners. The 4x4 look really makes the car look and feel like its going to tip over in the corners. The no isos do creak a little over big bumps but nothing too bad or loud. I put a bit of axle grease on the spring ends to see if that would quiet them a bit but its still there.
I'm going to take it autocrossing on the 23rd so I'll see how it turns out. with all my suspension upgrades (also have FLSFCs).

Looks way better. How sure are you that you need CC plates? I lowered mine last winter and never even bother to deal with CC plates or even get an alignment. I planned on doing it but then never bothered. And after almost a year of driving, my tires look just fine.

+1 on that one.
