Default Nitrous requirements.

Im in the middle of trying to buy a nitrous kit...a NX wet kit 50-150hp jets. It's a good deal right now but won't be put on until summer/spring. It comes w/ a window switch/ the whole kit/ guages/ possibly a purge kit (idk) lol.

My question is what would i need to complete it? Purge kit if it doesn't have it, ?bottle warmer?, fuel pump?, new MAF?, will my 24lb injectors work fine??

Just some questions i have. lol

Thanks guys.

Rear and suspension will come first, and clutch. Before anyone asks lol

Its a wet kit. You won't need bigger injectors (your are fine), MAF sensor, of fuel pump. You can get a bigger fuel pump and I would recommend it.

The difference between the wet kit and dry kit is that a wet kit does not get the supply of fuel from the injectors like the dry kit, but actually from the fuel rail.

Basically that kit is complete. Does it have a WOT switch? If not you need one.

You do not need a purge kit. Purge kit gets all the air out of your nitrous lines. You can technically just spray briefly when doing a burn out and you can expel the air that way. Purge is easier. If you want one easier then you should get one.

Remote bottle opener is also an easy way to open your bottle with out ever leaving your seat. More convenience.

Bottle warmer is great if you do not live in a warm area, or race at night when its cooler. You should get one because it will keep your bottle pressure high making your hit stronger. Get one.

So in conclusion of GT2VLover, get a remote bottle opener, bottle warmer, WOT switch and a purge kit. All four of those will make it one hell of an awesome kit.

all you need is a zex tps box so you eliminate a micro switch, a purge kit, and a nice bottle warmer. For the warmer i would suggest going to dynotune for it. Its the same quality as name brand, without paying for the name. Do not get the zex warmer, they take forever to warm up and only get to about 850psi. You will need ngk tr6 plugs, and back out 4 degrees of timing if you have a tune. you also can run stock tune with 93 octane fuel on a 100 shot. anything less than a 125 shot will not require a fuel pump, however to be safe you could run a 255lph walboro or a 310lph svt focus pump.

i would skip the remote bottle opener, unless you plan on racing random people on the streets. some times i think it may be nice to have however i have not felt the need for it yet.
