As I recall, he did basically what you're describing. Tubular 94-95 K member and fox swap headers (said they fit better on the SN-95 chassis than the fox)

And it sounds like you've got the rest pretty worked out.

I remember he was 90 percent done then sold the car and got into a single cab powerstroke F250. I remember that thread had like 100,000 views....could have been a sick car. thats the same block im putting in my 99. The 94/95 is a direct fit in any sn95.
