Default Bluesuperchip?

I took my car to the shop and they had to put a new computer in it. They took out this blue superchip that it had in it. I was just wondering if this could have been the problem or if i can still install it. I also know nothing about the chip and how it improves the car. Also, do you just install it or do you have to get a tune after its installed. Thanks and any info will help.

That sounds like a POS EBAY knock off scam. Throw it away.

^what he said. I remember cliffyk dissected a product like this a little bit ago, and found that it was just a resistor, which was useless, as expected.
