Default Bit of a dilemma

So last weekend I went to a big car meet/cruise and there were a TON of extremely fast cars there, and there were also alot with similar power levels as me. During the cruise I did a few highway pulls with the similar powered cars and did much worse than I was expecting because of my stock gear ratios and the fact that my 3rd gear syncros are messed up.

So to the dilemma:

I still have the stock ride height and I absolutely HATE it and I really want to get H&R supersports and MM CC plates. But I also desperately need some better tires out back and 3:73's.

So which should I do first and why? The suspension or gears/tires?

I would think tires and gears first then lower it.If you lower it first then you still have stock gears anr crappy tires.

+1 it all depends on what you want. Do you wanna look better but still be slower or be faster at the sacrifice of the 4x4 look lol?

suspension

tires and gears wont mean anything if you still don't have the suspension to hook it.

I'll go against the crowd and say fix the trans issues first. Gears and suspension don't mean crap if the car won't move b/c you lost third gear due to pushing a worn syncro too far.

Then do suspension, followed by gearing.

Seems like people ignore the maint part of keeping a car b/c they get focused on making them faster.
