Hey lets not start that..
In reality I've had 2 mustangs before this one and they we nothing but problems. Every other week something new broke. With my camaro the only thing that went out was an o2 sensor and the auto trans blew because I had a shift kit installed wrong. Other than that it was faster than any of my mustangs handled better than my previous 2 and was really reliable with me beating on it on a daily basis. The only reason I got rid of it was because I was getting too much unwanted attention.. Imagine that in a gold metalic camaro?
It also ran a 13.9 with 150 pounds of system in the back and a horrible 2.2 60 ft on street tires with nothing more than a rebuilt trans shift kit and flowmaster muffler at 183000 miles. With the mustang I'm hoping to brake 14s how it sits if I can get my shifting down. Just ordered an mgw shifter with the race handle. I cant stand rowing the gears with the sloppy stock shifter anymore haha.
Obviously I still really like mustangs to but I just don't want to start the controversy

I'll poke around and see what I can find out about this car for you. I'm pretty sure it's real.

For exhaust, a LOT of Roush owners are in favor of the Spin Tech 333SCS mufflers. A great tone, and not too loud.

I'll shoot you a PM on the wheels.

Yes, the exhaust tips should be more oval shape for the earlier year cars.

thanks
I found them. The cheepest price I can find for the spintech mufflers is 250 plus shipping. is that what they go for? And do you think thatd sound better with longtubes and off road h or x pipe(haven't decided) than some magnaflow bullits ran to the sides?
The tips I have now are silverlines. I like how they look but i can see them burning the paint if it gets too hot.

I'm having problems grinding into second when shifting over 5500. I still have the stock clutch adjuster and tried lifting the pedal today that made it a little better. Should I get a firewall adjuster? The clutch grabs great but feels out of adjustment. It grabs probably 2 inches off the ground so I'm guessing it isn't fully dissengaging.

If you want to hear various set ups using the Spin Techs, search on FnSweet.com (Roush forum). There are several variations of exhaust set ups using them. I paid $100 each for mine, but that was way before they become the hot ticket. I would say $250 each might be a bit much. Stage 3 Motorsports usually has the cheapest price, so what they list them for is a safe bet. They do free shipping as well.

I found them for $250 for both I think at stage 3 performance.
as far as loudness though how bad is it?
What I have now is stock headers into a bbk h pipe with welded on flows i think dumped. I didn't think it was to loud but I was driving through a city and threw it in 2nd to let back pressure slow me down.. ended up setting of a cars alarm that had a sheriff parked on both sides of it.
I want long tubes but I don't want to have to start praying I won't get pulled over every time I pass a cop. I want it a little loud with a good tone just not enough to catch attention from everyone in a mile radious.
