So we went to look at a Saab 9-7x today.
The wife didn't like the '09 Explorer as much as she thought she would. Honestly I have to agree it rides more like a truck than the previous models did. If she wanted something that drove like a truck it would have been perfect.
On Monday we're going to go back to the stealership to test drive the Ford Edge back to back with the 9-7x (trollblazer) and see what she likes more. The 9-7x is essentially a Trailblazer/Envoy with 1" lower, stiffer suspension, bigger wheels standard, breaks and different body panels.

Good luck
So about 6 months ago I was considering buying a house because it is defifinately the time to buy, and when a house I really liked went of the market I kind of put it aside for the time being..
Well somehow the house went back on the market without me seeing it and its still there, with a signficant drop in price. I am sure there is a reason as to why it dropped so much, so I am inquiring about that.
It is either a sign that I should try and buy it, or just a too good to be true thing, in which case something bad probably happened to it. My luck, it probably got flooded or something.

Also another reason to give you the chance to walk as well if you can't come to a deal with the sellers on trying to fix the issue at hand, if I recall. I could be wrong.
Between the termites and some other issues at hand, they credited us some towards closing costs in the amount of what it would take to fix the problems.
Here's the issue I had when I went through mine. Our inspector who has been in construction business for years, says that our hot water heater was going to go and is past it's life expectancy. It had signs of it possibly going at some point. Well apparently the sellers already made a service call and the people who inspected it said "oh no it's normal for aging." Well what happens when it does burst? Is that when you will replace it under the warranty? I said f that and just credit it towards closing costs, which then I'll replace it on my own.

There was a reason this house was on the market for so long and kept dropping in price.
Apparently the house is on leased land owned by the power company. Only way to get the land is if you are a cash buyer apparently. Figures.
