A juice diet is a short term solution that has healthy implications. That's not a diet in my mind. Eat less calories and do more physical activity. It's that simple.
No **** Sherlock. I don't mind blunt but do you have to be obvious to? lol

Don't look at dieting as a diet, make it a lifestyle. You'll succeed if you can do that.

I didn't think that was obvious to you since you're trying a 30 day juice diet that has potential health implications if not done right. That to me is one of the dumbest things you could do to lose weight.

You need a lifestyle change, not a juice diet.

If you want to learn to lose weight and want it explained to where it's easy to understand go over to bodybuilding.com and read the stickies in the weight lose and losing fat sections. They break it down so it's easy to understand and allows you to eat the solid foods you enjoy.

I see the miscommunication. I am a health professional with degrees in Biology and Kinesiology and am just a few years away from my D.O. I 100% agree that I need a lifestyle change but resetting my body and going on a microbiotic diet is just part of it. I'm not going to the store and buying apple & grape juice. I'm juicing 80% greens 20% fruits.

I'm taking the juice and nutrience out of it and nearly main-lining it. lol

The main thing like you said, this is just part of it and it has to be a life style change.

I know how to bodybuild I did it nearly my entire adult life. I was running Ultras at 180lbs and still benching 425. (not that bench means much but you get the point.)

I wish I could take back the last 6 years but this is were I am but anyway, wish me luck now but anyway, wish me luck.

Well anytime someone decides to do something about their health I always wish them good luck and hope it works out. It's just when people resort to desperate measures to lose weight I don't understand it.

I never really understood how to lose weight or gain weight (I did know but not the way I do now) until I did a little researching and question asking. It's a simple process and very easy to understand. That's why it's frustrating when I see people frustrated or resorting to diets that are only a temporary fix to lose weight.

It seems like you have your diet plan thought out and in place so I'm going to stop here. Good luck! I hope it works out for you.

So we went to look at a Saab 9-7x today. The wife didn't like the '09 Explorer as much as she thought she would. Honestly I have to agree it rides more like a truck than the previous models did. If she wanted something that drove like a truck it would have been perfect.

On Monday we're going to go back to the stealership to test drive the Ford Edge back to back with the 9-7x (trollblazer) and see what she likes more. The 9-7x is essentially a Trailblazer/Envoy with 1" lower, stiffer suspension, bigger wheels standard, breaks and different body panels.
