MY car is torn to peices right now, just got the trans out, motor is on a jackstand in the engine bay with no wiring or intake setup on it, bolts in a pile on the floor and i didn't label anything , GO ME.
I used to start out with index cards and zip lock bags but after getting 3/4 of the way done and then remembering that I forgot something or screwed something up, I'd have to just take it all a part again anyway. I'd still end up with bolts in a pile on the floor.
...Now I figure, I'm more efficient with starting with the bolts on the floor.
I get lazy and rush, dont wanna take the time to label everything, I just leave certain things in a strategic pattern on the ground, so when Im in that area putting the part back and there are bolts and nuts nearby on the floor they must go there.

Try getting a ford e250 towed to your shop, motor is down to a shortblock and every single part and nut and bolt are in the back...just tossed in boxes. Makes life way more interesting
