My stock motor 4.6 with a vortech and a 4r70w ran 11.35@121 mph though, with 385 rwhp....gee golly, looks like you have an extremely comparable combo to mine, whats that little 2.1 KB 4r70w car of yours running?

Im not saying KB's arent awesome, I just wouldnt consider them the best power adder...no where near as awesome as a good turbo setup.

 

Oh, you mean my daily driver with street tires and stock suspension? Exactly how you think it would. Assuming you're being completely honest....and understanding that I make more horsepower/torque than that setup....its not hard to figure out I would run similar times with a stall converter, DR/Slicks and suspension mods. Regardless this doesn't change my point, which is still true. Nobody cares about your personal comments about KBs every time they are mentioned, its annoying. You're way off with it anyways. Somebodys gotta say it.

Mine was also my daily driver at the time....up until about a month ago it was my only car.

And woo hoo, my car is slammed on sportlines with some MM control arms, I dont have anything near drag suspension.

I dont really recall posting about KBs before this thread so im not sure whats got your panties in a bunch and I actually have no hate for the KBs at all, was just messing around....

What am I way off about? Please inform of your great knowledge almighty never been to a drag strip KB owner.

A centri car will pull harder up top than a KB car on the same boost which makes them faster on the drag strip since your rpms rarely drop below 4500 rpms

 

Amen to that brotha, thats all people do anymore is race their dyno slips and do the big bad ricer rolls on the highway, real racing has died off its all about doing 40mpg beeping 3 times and mashing the gas, eliminating 90% of the skill involved.
