I don't even care for the body style. Sure some of them look great, as does almost any kind of car but is nothing drawling me to them. I like old ford, 4 eyes, a few fox notch backs done right, any 94-98 that's bilt or cherry stock, and the terminators.

I dobt really care for the s197 either. Seems like they are the car that everyone wants to mod, but doesn't want to get their hands dirty.

Lots of women driving them. Lots of old folks driving them. Great move for ford sales to boost but bad move for tye modded car scene.

 

Everytime u go to a car show theres 20 s197s mainly stock with a bunch of pre painted parts and plastic painted underhood covers. I just don't get it, I don;t wanna see new cars that just rolled off the dealer at a car show, I wanna see restored classics or modified vehicles. If I wanted to see a bunch of stock s197s I'd walk through the showroom at the ford dealer.

 

I hate to say it...but I think I like a Corvette more than an S197.

i would have to agree with cj on liking a c6 z06 vette over the 05-09 mustang. this does not include the base c6 just the z06 or zr1
