Default Edelbrock Ultra Low Profile Intake Elbow??

Anyone heard of the performance gains out of this elbow?? Teej was kind enough to link this to me and thinkin maybe i can run this elbow w/ the 90mm race tb that is reccomended and then sell my trickflow 75mm tb/plenum setup instead of runnin the 6061 and then sellin my plenum.

Anyone know if there's any modification needed for this to work or if it will fit under my hood?

Hopin Nick will pop in here and take a look.

imho, that 90mm throttle body is too much. i like the elbow though. makes me want to sell my 6061 and get the edelbrock if i could fit a 75mm tb on it

Adapter plate. I personally think if you're gonna run the intake and have the motor to take advantage of the intake, you will benefit from the elbow and tb that the intake uses. Plus you will get better performance later with nitrous and/or forced induction. I think it would be good for the op personally. Better than what he has now.

Could also go with this...

The elbow just doesn't look like will be a "direct swap" ....I think i could run the 90mm tb if i just decided to do a centri s/c instead of the KB. I kinda want a novi2k, or like a t-trim, or procharger. I jsut want to be able to utilize the tb.

Teej: I do like the sullivan too..wish there was a comparison between the sullivan w/ twin blade, edelbrock w/ 90mm, and the 6061 w/ 75mm.

The sullivan is a forward facing setup and needs a 1.5" or 2" spacer to clear the alternator I believe. If you used the edelbrock and 90mm setup with fox t/b what would you gain if all your cold side piping is 3" and have a 3"-3.5" adapter?

I was just trying to give the guy options he could persue. And the sullivan would be an awesome setup in my mind. monoblade throttlebody and plus forward facing intake setups on new edges look sexy.
