just wondering if anyone has done it and how did it turn out. need to get some things painted this winter and am throwing the idea around of doing my mirrors.

I know someone who did and I think it personally looks crap because of the rough texture

Sand them down yourself and spray them. Especially since your car is black, this should be a no brainer to spray em... DO IT

I personally think only the Cobra style mirrors look good painted. Stock mirrors painted to match are just too much color for me.

I painted mine myself. You have to wet sand them smooth first.

ya i was going to sand them smooth. i just didn't know if it would look good having to paint the whole mirror as cobra mirrors the acutal mirror cover is painted but the mounting plasitic is black. but i think im going to go for it. thanks
