Got something new, the debate starts.....
Well I got a killer deal on something special. I'll have it next week when my jeep sells, but my buddy was kind enough to cover me until I can pay him back. I got it for my S10, but its really tempting to drop it in the stang. I still have to buy a couple things to complete it, but I'll have to do more to put it in the stang. I'm probably heading over to his place tomorrow and I'll get some pics. Have to love suspense......

i looked into doing a chevy swap in my 90 lx i had. it was going to cost me over 8k just to do the front end suspension, dropping in the motor, and the trans. then i still needed to get the cost for the back of the car. that was also the cost of the motor i was looking at. then the throttle cable got stuck on the car, scareing me sh*tless and i sold it later that day.

youll want a window switch, a fuel pressure cutoff, a pressure guage for the bottle which can be mounted in a trunk you dont really need to have it in the cab, and a bottle heater (bottle heater not really required, but you can get a lot more good shots from your bottle with one). a purge is nice to have but not required. if you want to get fancy you can get a wideband and fuel pressure/nitrous guages for the interior.

I priced it out on ebay and the window switch, gauges, fuel cut off, purge kit and bottle heater will run about $200. This is all name brand stuff to from MSD, NOS, AutoMeter and NX. Thats just to get it on the truck. For the stang tack in a new plate or nozzle and a tune. I still have to tear into the solenoids to make sure they're good, but I know the system was working before it came out. The guy used to run the 1/8th in a 79 400sbc malibu.
