My NT05's are doing ok. I dont drive like an idiot usually anyways. I'm just looking at them because they are so cheap and I want these tires and the local tire dealer quoted me at $700 including mount and balance, but no tax. Mount and balance should be around like $410 for these...hell of a break and I can put up with them sucking for a bit. Dont drive much in the winter anyways.

It started to flurry today and I was mad about driving on my 255 and 295 Nitto Invo's...I wouldn't imagine riding on the R888's lol

why were you mad about that? from my research and asking around, Invo's do quite well in the snow actually for not being an all season or snow tire.

LOL well when you drive down the highway and hit bumps when they feel like you have rocks for tires...

I bought them for a summer tire...so they will stay just that. I have winter wheels and tires and don't need to push my luck with summer tires in the snow. Only takes taking a corner a little too fast and into a pole you go. I don't need that expecially when I have devoted winter wheels/tires sitting in my garage.

I drove on shot drag radials last winter and did just fine while I had them on in sub 20 degree temps. But your choice.

Well you also said you don't drive much, mine is a DD. But if you are willing to drop hundreds on tires now then to do it again for other tires later when you could get ones to get you by for inspection, then you seem to have money for repairs in case of an accident lol.

It's not worth the risk to run tires like that in the winter when I have winter combo at my disposal.

Well my car is a dd during the month and a half I have off for winter break from college. So I drove on them every day for that long. Got a dusting of snow and didnt know if I was actually going to be able to get out of the driveway. lol

But I'm just letting you know INVO's are decent in the snow if you get caught with them on.

315 width will kill your performance and IMO is a waste on 99.999999% of the Mustangs out there.

But when I'm getting two tires for $300...who gives a crap. They are a steal at that price!
