Interesting enough the few videos I've seen on youtube show a solid SURGE of power come from these systems. It doesn't seem like the blower is at all the limiting factor but just a torque builder that kicks in until the turbos do their job. Is this kind of system a b**** to dyno?

Even 5.0 magazine prooved the compound boost set up makes less power then just turbos. They used the Hellion system on a cobra and dynoed it then took the eaton off and replaced it with a cobra intake and dynoed it again. With out the supercharger it made around 100 more hp and the torque curve wasn't much different.

Do you know of a manufacturer that makes a sequential turbo for our cars?

He put twin paxtons on a 427 cobra. Made like 700+hp.*

It would blow the seals out of the blower. Wouldn't work.*Theory is cool but it just wouldn't work.

Shelby's dual centri set up is different though. It's two feeding into one intake... which works. One compressor feeding into a second doesn't work. At some point, one of the compressors will be a restriction for the other.

chris astons chassisworks came out with a new twin centri blower setup for our cars now. this was released at pri. you could run twin novis, prochargers, or vortechs. im trying to find the pricing on this now. i think it would look sick to see a twin vortech under the hood.

Dont make one for a mod motor. Plus i think you need a crank trigger setup to run it.
