well its about time to start parting together my system. im still really not sure the difference between v1 v2 v3 s trim t trim???etc. but it looks like alot of you guys are using the v2 but i want around 400hp intercooled help me out here guys. which one do i want and lets start finding parts

The V1 and V2 are pretty much the same. Only difference is that the V1 is louder due to the way the gears are shaped I believe. The V3 is self lubricated like a procharger is.
They'll all get you to 400 with around the same amount PSI.
I would just get which ever one you can find a good deal on.

another question do i want the vortech max flow powercooler or a intercooler?

Intercooler. I'd look right at SoldierGT or Kerns' signatures and get what they have. Their cars are sick. Corral, SVTperformance, and I know of a few on here that are selling their vortech setups....

Have you also considered a procharger?

Check modularfords as well, thats where I picked mine up from back in the day. A t trim is a bigger blower than the s trim, by how much I am not sure. Are you going to want to build it up eventually and throw more boost at it, or just leave it at 400 hp permanently?

Check every day on Corall, that site is a hit or miss. I found my V2 totally by accident. My brackets and piping I got off of superchargers on line. Be very careful when looking for 42# injectors. Not all green top injectors are 42#. I found that out the hard way. Good luck with the search.

ya soldiergt help me out and sent me a list of parts and where he got them from. id like for the few that are selling there set ups to contact me. and the reason im going with vortech is because you can piece together the kit for arounnd 2k and i guess i havent checked the price of a procharger or know which one to get

What is your end goal for the build? 400rwhp? 450rwhp? 550rwhp? 600+rwhp?

prolly around 400 because i am not going to want to go into the lower end, crank, rods, pistons etc. i would buy a termi before that time came
