Default Vortech Grenaded, possibly the Engine

Well, took my car to the shop for a misfire two days ago. Called me later the day, said new plugs would fix the misfire.

Called in the morning, asked for the progress. Guy goes "Well, the plugs fixed the misfire..."

I go "well, from your tone, I'm guessing something else went wrong"

He tells me yeah, there is a lot of shrapnel in the blower, in fact two of the blades on the impeller broke off, and a couple actually MELTED.

I talked to him later and we went over a couple options. He's going to work me up an estimate on bringing the car back to NA, nothing serious, and one on replacing the blower.

He told me he was going to take the throttle body off and check for metal shavings, but I just remembered that because of the shared oil, it could be in the oil pan.

anyway, FML, just thought some of you would want to know how my new year is going
