My bad bro.

You want my opinion? 2.73s. You lose time shifting in the 1/4 mile... 2.73s you'll run thru the traps in 2nd gear. 1 shift = lower ETs

Wanna do bigboy stuff? Toss a powerglide with 2.73s

Hey, just do the 5.13's man. When spraying at the track just powershift into 5th, and the torque from the juice will still carry you to some impressive traps.

Just my opinion... I would not even consider installing more than 4.30 gears into a DD street car. You can try it and see what I mean or you can take my word for it. LOL

Seriously, I would go with 4.10's or 4.30's at the most. I don't really think you want to run out of rpm's in 4th gear and have to shift into overdrive at the track. Hell, with 5.18's you would probably have your 1-2 gear change in your 60' time.

Check and see what other guys with ~400-450rwhp are running for gears and see what their ETs and Traps are. You also need to make sure they are running a 5 spd like you.

Let us know what you decide, and ultimately how it works out for you!
GOOD LUCK!

lol ok wow... apperantly ive been gone for too long lol... im just ****in around.... i have 4.10s in my car, and yes my 1-2 shift happens right next to the tree, so before the 60 ft mark. 4.10s are perfect w this car, i go thru the traps at about 6300 in 4th...

sorry for the stupid thread... had to try to make some kind of re-entrance to mf lol
