Default Need a new Clutch, any recommendations?

hey guys a while ago my clutch went out on me. took it to the shop and just heard from the today.

My exhaust rubbed a hole through the side of the tranny and pushed against something (i dont know what it pushed against), this caused the clutch to wear out prematurely because it was being depressed constantly.

The shop recommends me putting in another FRPP clutch, hes a mustang enthusiast but i recall some of you guys saying to get a different clutch. i hate how heavy the FRPP clutch is and want a lighter clutch. it makes the stang a pain to drive in traffic. if any one can recommend some good clutches for me thatd be great. Thanks guys

gotcha, didnt know that but now i do. so what clutch would you recommend for reliability and overall quality? power goals would be a 100 wet shot

If you're set on an aftermarket clutch, Spec offers a "low pedal requirement option" with their clutches that makes for an easier depress. I haven't had personal experience with it, but hav heard good things about that combo in the past. You'll see it on their site.

I'd recommend a Centerforce DF clutch. If Lizzy is pushing 540rwhp on a Centerforce, you'll have noooo problem w/ stock longblock and a 100 shot.
