I vote yes. When I have seen this done with red or yellow in place of the blue, I think it looks amazing. If you can match the color, that blue trim will def set your car off. It'll give it a nice custom touch, but not gaudy.

I think it would look pretty awesome. I see a car at my school all the time that is blue with anodized blue lip on the rim.
