Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my SLPs, but everyone around me doesn't like them. They sound GREAT cruising, but at WOT it gets a little raspy, but since I don't go WOT, it is perfectly fine for me. I need longtubes to clean the sound up a little, and the cats also help, mine is an offroad x.
i had lm1's with the stock h, i dont think i would ever get an aftermarket midpipe with them. i have powerflo's and they sound good. and ive heard good things about lm2's
Hey Mike, welcome to the forum and nice car man! Any plans for it ?
Thanks! And I'm not sure yet. I've always loved power adders (Superchargers are my thing) so maybe a little ways down the road (After I get my raise! or maybe even tax returns) I can play with that idea. But I'm going to drive it around stock for a while and enjoy it tame while I can.
Nope. It's completely stock. The only thing I know I want to do to it so far is an exhaust system, and some visible lettering in the bumper. Not too sure what I want to do motor mod wise. Open to suggestions. Did these cars come stock with a K&N air filter?
Best regards,
Mike
K&N air filters are not stock on these cars.
The visible lettering makes the car stand out by far. Gives a little something to the rear and definitely worth doing as an appearance mod.

Goodluck with the car!
Thought so. Well then I have a K&N lol. And Where's the cheapest place I can pick up the polished letters from? Really don't want to pay $70 for a set but if I have to I will.
