Default Next Mods? Headers worth it?

So I have a little extra money from my Tax return. I now plan on doing my next performance mods for my 02 GT. I am thinking about FRPP 4.10 rear gear, and MAYBE BBK Chrome tuned legnthed shorty headers.

Right nowI am not sure if it's worth paying the $300 for the headers just because I think install costs could be up there and the Horsepower gain woul dnot be worth the costs... My exhaust current setup is : Stock headers, MAC (hi-flow) Catted H-pipe, Flowmaster exhaust..

what do you think about my headers pondering?

haha I agree. But then I would need a new mid-pipe to..lol right now its either SHORTY HEADERS or KEEP THE STOCK HEADERS ON.

I KNOW that longtubes create bigger HP gains, but its not going to happen at this point..

Ill prolly just keep the stockers on and use the money for suttin else.

Shorties are a waste and if you live where it snows and DD your car I would try and go with stainless steel.

Shorties are a total waste. Period. Do the gears, even over long tubes.
