Learned alot about my Stang tonight. Chang out the bad left front hub. Didn't know it was unities and it only took me 1hr to do this. But it still mind boggles me why it would go dry? ... anyone ever had this kproblem?

 

Its possible for them to dry out, then the wheel bearing kicks the bed. I just changed one last year.

 

So would this happened agin? Should i just go ahead and also change the right side before it goes bad?

 

No just cause one went bad doesn't mean the other is. Just fix the current problem and go from there.

How do you know it's going bad, does it make that whoop whoop sound?

 

yea it makes the whoop whoop sound. if you turn the wheel to the left and then to the right (when your moving of course) you will feel it more so depending what side the bad one is.

 

It was painful noise coming out of the left side ... and it kept saying, whoop whoop every time the car moved.
