Installing cams, Cobra Brakes,tb/plenum,gears and maybe niitrous this weekend

Hey, don't tell him what to do brah. He knows everything, and we're just being an ignorance to him. I'm sure he already knows the PTV clearance, because the guy he bought the cams off measured it. Obviously if the specs were good on the engine, they'll be exactly the same on his, because we all know 4.6's tolerances are tightly measured compared to all the other 4.6's at final assembly. We're talking ferrari tolerances here brah, stop being a hater.

Sorry guys about my last post. Didnt mean any disrespect. Just had a bad morning. My bad. I will most definitely check ptv clearances. If its off and will cause PTV issues I will degree them myself.

its just not worth trusting someone elses word. ya they very well may be close but is it worth trusting someone and messing your motor up?

It's all good bpohlman13! I just wanted to realize what you may be getting into. You seriously might be fine by just dropping them in, but at least you now realize that it's good to at least check the clearance just in case.

Ya Jazzer, Im going with some DOT 5 fluid.
What type of timing should i go with these cams? Im just using my diablo tuner for now. Trying to sell a few things in order to afford the rest of the nitrous parts and money for the tune. So Ill have to deal with just adjusting the timing.
