cobra side skirts!?
seriously, why the hell has there been no manufacturer thats made replica 03/04 cobra ground effects... i just looked at a picture of a pair when they were off the car, they dont seem like they'd be that hard to manufacture?
i bet they'd sell like hotcakes if the price was right!
edit: i wish i could get my hands on a pair just to look at them. they dont seem like they'd be that hard to replicate even with sheet metal?

hmmm... i wonder... if i were to use a contour/profile gauge, the cobra skirts would be pretty easy to replicate with some sheet metal? man, i really wanna try that. i'ma have to scope out some cobra's -- so if you see me standin next to your cobra, fiddlin with your side skirts, dont mind me lol
better yet, what if i did a fiberglass mold?

search your local wreck yards, i picked mine up off a dsg cobra that had no side damage at all. Sittin in the garage waiting to go on still, need to touch up the paint and thats it.

i wish there were some good junk yards for me to search, all i ever see are 6'ers for stangs, hardly any GT's even, let alone anything like a roush, saleen, or cobra...
is there any place that sells OEM sets? i think latemodelresto had them but they were like 600+ for a set?

what are you lookin to spend on them? Ill be home on saturday for 2 weeks and i can go look through the local yards. We have a couple places that are mustang only part yards so I'm pretty sure i could find them and pick them up if you reimbursed me and paid the shipping.
