Question shift kits

hey anyone ever put on a shift kit?? is there a change? also anyone who would like to trade some fr500s for gt wheels and some cash let me know

Me and my buddy installed my Trans-Go shift kit with the car on jack stands. I made it mild but the shift kit with my tuner and i can chirp like nobody's business into 2nd lol and thats with 10 inch tires.

If anything it gives me a peace of mind knowing that my tranny will now most likely last longer. Now for a tranny cooler..

I have a Trans-Go and it shifts fine but nothing hard.

ok cool deal and just to clarify i have gt wheels and lookin to trade for fr500 wheels and some cash i really wanna do a 5 speed swap but just aint got the funds right now for all that

Shift kits usually can be adjusted because everyone's needs and opinion of what a hard/solid shift is tends to differ. TransGo and Fairbanks both make great shift kits.
