Problems problems problems
whats up everyone im new here...and new to ford in general..always wanted a mustang and finally picked one up for cheap...shes got problems..
1. Today she didnt want to be driven and decided to stay in reverse. Finally popped her out of gear with a little rock and roll action. (5 speed of course) Tips on the source?
2. At an idle (1kish) sounds like the crank is slammin around or whatever it may be. but it shakes the car a bit and u can feel the bangin...as soon as its reved a lil it goes away but as soon as the rpms come down it starts again. thinkin harmonic balancer? Tips please again.
3. this one is kind of hard to explain...but its a strange sound that comes and goes kinda sounds like an abs sound but it happens wether im stopped or moving..kinda similar to a rubbing sound or something to tight but with an electronic pitch in a way..dont know.
By the way its an 2000 GT 120k, steeda headers, k&n intake, custom h pipe.

1. Reverse gear problems are a known issue with the T-45 transmission, although usually it's a failure to engage and/or popping out of gear (click here)
2. The engine noise you describe strikes me as a bad main bearing(s)--when you rev the engine a bit the oil flow/pressure "fills the gap" and the crank stops knocking. It could also be a number of other problems, hard to tell without hearing it--evaluation of noises you haven't heard is an inexact science.
3. Impossible to even speculate with hearing it.
