Default Post pics of your NEW EDGE cars with CUSTOM PAINT JOBS (racing & pinstripes and more)

I'm interested in doing something fun with the body of my 2001 GT Convertible. The car I have is black, but I want to see pics of all Mustangs that have something fun done to the body.

The more CONVERTIBLES the better!!!

I had an idea of adding some flames, but everybody and their best forum friend seems to think that idea is lame and played out. But I want to see anything and everything.

Also, I was trying to figure out what would best accent the GT hood that I have and something to run along the doors!

And it doesn't even have to be pics of your car. I'll take any custom pics you want to post from the internet or wherever.

Please hook me up!!!

If i were you..id personally go with the flat black accent from the hoodscoop...you could go for a blacked out look. With the black with flat black, tinted windows. I always thought that was an awesome look

I like the flat black stripes on a black car too.
But for my GT im going silver to match lettering if I decide to stripe it.

First I need to put on my hood scoop I got off a 04 GT (99 didnt have them)

To OP dont do flames IMO they dont belong on Mustangs of newer years.
Id do stripes if you wanted to do anything to it body wise.

^^ i agree..im not a fan of flames..and yeah I think flat black really looks good on all colors. for some reason it really brings out the color in the car and looks sick... except on black haha, then it just looks bad ***

Ok, but post some pics!!! It doesn't have to be your car. I sort of can see in my head what you're talking about.

I like the idea of ghost flames.

I am going to most likely do yellow to go with the black (I'm from Pittsburgh )

But I want to see all colors because if I limit myself to asking for only black and yellow cars I don't think I'll get very many responses. (but to be honest I haven't gotten many anyway).

I think more will come in the future. In the mean time I'll just surf the internet and post pics when i find something outstanding and ask you all for thoughts. Of course in the end it's all up to personal opinion, but it never hurts to hear what other stang owners think. I'd hate to have everybody but me thinking my car is lame in the back of their minds

It's not stripes or flames, but it's not the same black as your typical 99-04 Stang, it has much more depth to it.

It's tough to tell in photos.

But in person, it's diffcult not to notice.
