I am finding that I really like it, plenty fast enough to kill yourself and great gas mileage to boot.

It was made officially a part of the family yesterday:

Cool stripes haha. And.....the diet soda.....thats kinda what I was getting at. If i'm gonna drink a soda i'm gonna drink a soda. Its like going Jack Black and getting half coke, half diet coke cuz your tryin to watch your figure. If health is of concern, I go just go with water, tea, juice, something. I dunno lol diet soda just perturbs me.

I was doing the math today and I spend a little over $12 a day in gasoline just to get to and from work. $2900+ a year. Man that hurts. And i'm trying to get another mustang in a year or so hahahahaha.

I only go to my office 3 days a week now, 76 miles round trip--at $4.10/gal that's the best part of $15 in the Mustang (@21 mpg)--$5.20 on the scooter...

Yeah I used to get 24 MAYBE 25ish MPGs on a 95%+ highway driven tank of gas. Now I'm excited to see 22. Its mostly 19-21 but it doesnt hurt my feelings. It hurts the guys feelings that's looking at my taillights though.

You do those stripes yourself?

Yup,

I went to a local sign shop last summer to get the stock; explained to the owner that I wanted to put red, white, and blue chevrons on my Mustang...

He dug around in his scrap box and dug out enough for me to do six cars, I asked him what I owed and he said "you're making a flag aren't you? No charge!"...
