Dang, sounds like I need to get those scoops fixed then! Thanks for all the compliments on the wheels though.
hp, I think I'm gonna be sticking with these wheels for awhile!
Rob, they're 285's and they suck! That's the one thing about the deal I got screwed on, lost my NT05's for them but the guy just bought the wheels and tires brand new like last week and just didn't like how they looked. I'm trying to sell them now so I can go back to quality tires

They were 18X9 and 18X10. Tires were 295 and 265/35/18

I liked the old setup more for sure! You need spacers bad out back with those 18x9's, or if they are 18x10's, they look TINY and you still need spacers and real tires out there! I thought your other wheels looked good because they matched the scoops and you had a theme going, now not so much. Sorry man. Then again, never liked black saleens on any car ever so that may have something to do with it. But definitely get those wheels pulled out in the rear more!!! That will help a lot with it, at least for me it would. And what springs are you running? Looks like it could use less ride height. Just some suggestions for you!

And I forgot you had NT05's! Now that sucks! I could deal with maybe switching it up with similar comparable tires, but to go from Bullitts with NT05's to Saleens that arent even 10's out back(or are they?) and 285 Sumi's?! Thats crazy talk!

I like it better with Saleens

Those scoops need to be painted body color IMO

They are 18X10, I was thinking the same thing though, I think I would need to roll my fenders if i did that though cause it's already very close to rubbing. Better tires are in the works also. Springs are h&r race and the rear is plenty low but the front will be coming down soon because it is way too high. I've got lots of things on my to do list still!

They look so skinny compared to the old setup! And I rolled my fenders with the fender rolling tool that body shops use. Worked well. But man, gotta get them wheels out! 3/8" spacers from lethal worked well for mine, but they weren't in as far as yours are.

I like the side scoops man...just not the color. I'd go either the same color as your body or black. It would match everything back up.

Were your old Bullitts wider than these? Or are these wider? I couldn't tell from the other posts.

Regardless, I love the black wheels on red Mustangs. It's the only color car that I think all black wheels look perfect on. Other cars it looks ok on, but red is by far the best. People have told me to go all black with my black convertible, and I'm just not a fan. If I do I'll get black with chrome rims.

That looks really good. Make the scoops body color or black. Either way, looks awesome. My cars the same color and yours inspires me.

Why wouldn't you have taken the tires off the wheels?!?! Would have been worht the extra $100 or so. Or if you had a buddy who works for a shop it coulda been a 6 pack...
