Could you circle what part in that picture?
It could be several things , Rack, outer tie rod, spring,inner tie rod, bushings, ect... ?

Just saying it would help better or discribe what part your asking to replace

I think there's a small red arrow.

It looks like it is the front sway bar and you can get it from American Muscle, LateModel Restoration or some other vendors.

what it actually looks like is the tranny cross support right behind the motor, and odds are factory ford, junk yard, make yourself one or just take it off and leave it off, not sure it does too much

I can't tell what its pointing to. Lol I thought it was some tranny thing too, but then it looked like a sway bar.

Thats not a sway bar. Its the bar that is where the engine and tranny meet. I think its to reduce twist on the k member. Id just leave it. It doesnt do much.
