If the issue persists after changing it out, you have more serious issues that will need real diagnostic.
Remember to clear the codes and give it some time to re-learn idle and cruise before expecting it to settle in.

The fact that its a rear 02 sensor means it can be one of 3 things honestly, the wirring is pinched as whitefox said, the sensor is bad, or there is an issue with the cat on the bank. It can't be any more serious than that when it comes to a rear oxygen sensor as their only function is to check the operations of the cats.
