The fact that its a rear 02 sensor means it can be one of 3 things honestly, the wirring is pinched as whitefox said, the sensor is bad, or there is an issue with the cat on the bank. It can't be any more serious than that when it comes to a rear oxygen sensor as their only function is to check the operations of the cats.

Nay, nay moose breath! I never said you can't be trusted I was just stating that I know from personal experience that cliffyk is very knowledgable.
