Very nice! I'm glad to see that there was no issues with those cams. This makes me feel a lot better when it comes time for me to slap on a Vortech.
I realize the numbers are a tad low due to the temp and whatnot, but having your torque higher than your horsepower is very impressive...especially with cams and a centrifugal blower.
thanks, temperature inside that shop was at least 100 degree with humidity and all, tuner said car will make close to 450 hp with better temperatures
good work, and good numbers as well. Probably pulls pretty nicely...I give it 2 weeks before you will want more. Stock internals still?
cars pulls hard, and first and second gear are useless for now. right now i am saving for a built turbo motor probably for next year. car still on stock internals.
personally i would have gone turbo....but centri is better than bottle or NA
I agree 100 percent with you as my other option was a turbo but right now am saving for a built turbo car, probably next year or so, in the meanwhile i will have some fun in this car.
of course you would have...you are running one lol
I personally would have gone centri
i dont have a turbo anymore. i blew the V6 up then traded it for the GT...it sucks being slower but that wont last. i can get 300 NA i think without cams.
Looks good. Not going to lie to you though, that is a **** load of boost to be feeding a stock internals motor. I will be surprised if it lasts more then 6 month. Not wishing ill will on you at all and I hope it stays together until you can put a built motor into it. But just don't be surprised if it blows in a month.
