I never built a motor nor am i very educated but its definitely on my bucket list of things to do and I dont think its impossible to achieve. Just need the bank roll and some help

I didn't use it on my mod motor only on my 418ci. But there is nothing like 2 stages 200 and a 400 to really get your adrenalin pumping. My cost was probably around $1700 plus refils. Boost is fun but a big shot is insane.

Nitrous sounds more fun every time I read something new about it. I just need to figure out everything I need to put together my kit and find the cheapest place to get it.

Bottle, lines, fuel solenoid, nitrous solenoid, nozzles, jets, WOT switch, fuel pressure safety switch, bottle bracket, bottle heater and wiring. It's cheapest to piece the system together instead of buying a kit.

Cheaper huh? I'll have to do research on what exactly to buy piece by piece since I'm not too electrically inclined.

I was looking at these:

NX Wet Kit
http://www.lethalperformance.com/03-...bottle-p-14899

NX GENX-2 kit (bottle heater, pressure gauge, fuel safety switch, blow-down tube, and purge kit)
http://www.lethalperformance.com/03-...pgrade-p-27855

NX WOT Switch
http://www.lethalperformance.com/03-...-relay-p-27857

MSD Window Switch
http://www.lethalperformance.com/03-...switch-p-29941

Have you ever used nitrousoutlet?

the cheapest way is to buy a used kit. you can find a usual kit on corral for 250-350 depending on if it's a plate kit or what. you're also gonna want some sort of a window switch. normally I would recommend the hsw microedge(what i have), however the prices on them have shot wayyyy up, it's now $400, double what it was when i bought it. I'd get a basic kit, auto bottle heater, and window switch/tps wot switch.

also ham, my buddy got a msd window switch he's selling for 100obo if you're interested. same one you linked to.

Cool man I will keep that in mind. Why Microedge versus NX or other brands? I've seen this Microedge name tossed around a bit.

The microedge is nice because it's one thing to wire up versus two things. Plus those WOT switches are cheap and flimsy.

The microedge is nice for all it's other features. It's not just a window switch and wot switch. Mines hooked into my wideband and if it goes lean it cuts the spray. It can also be set to delay the nitrous solenoid and spray the fuel solenoid first so that it avoids lean spikes. Also has gear lock outs, and can be upgraded to a progressive controller.
