Default Harness and Harness Bar?

Harness and Harness Bar?

So I picked up a set of Sparco replica seats off ebay(Seat link )
last week to replace my worn out factory seats. After a couple of hours of figuring out how to mount the factory brackets to the new seats, the new seats where in and they looked and felt great. I am currently using the factory seat belts, but don’t like the feel and look with the new seats. So I went on AM to look for a harness bar and harness to use with the new seats but they are out of my price range. I came across an adjustable harness bar and 2 four point harness on ebay for under $180(http://www.ebay.com/itm/49-STEEL-HAR...item35b8466a9e)
So my questions are:
1) Has anyone used or heard of using this harness bar and harness in their car?
2) Is it a good idea to use a harness instead of a factory seat belt? ( I don’t do much racing or any track time, so they will be basically for looks)
3) Can someone still get in and out of the rear seats with the harness bar installed?
4) Can a four point harness be installed without using a harness bar?
Thanks in advance for any help of advice given to me on making my decision.

Save up for the proper harness bar. If it fails. you could go flying through your windshield in a car accident. cheaper is not always better.

you could use your factory rear upper seat belt attachment points. these points are designed in the body structure to be pull points. im not sure exacty how much presure they're ment to hold but its well above whats needed. i have used these myself with my harnesses and work really well

^That. You need to have the proper support and those ebay ones you posted won't do it.
