I have a 96 SVT Cobra.. I just had the clutch go out and then engine over heated trying to get it home. Well it didnt make it. When I got back with the trailer, I started it up and had alittle knock when I started it up but went away within Seconds. Got it home and replaced the clutch and turned the flywheel. Started the car and had the same knock at start up. Drove the car to test out the new clutch and now I have a knock around 2000 RPM. After the car warms up you can hear at idle but when cold not so much. Sounds like its coming from the D/S head. Put a stethoscope on the valve cover and the noise is faint but its loud in the intake pletum.. Any ideas before I start tearing the motor apart? Thanks for any help!!!
