Auto or manual? Rear end gears either 3.73s or 4.10s. Search the forum on this subject theres a ton of info.

I would look into gears. Either 3.73s 3.90s or 4.10s...this will help you the most right now. Then look into some Longtube headers and offroad midpipe. Only other "power" mod i would look into would be a 75mm throttle body and plenum (they will help when you get a blower and are pretty cheap).

Then i would just start saving for a supercharger (if that's what you really want).

Before you get a blower I would look into some suspension also (upper/lower control arms).

The first thing you should do is take some time and read this article:

https://mustangforums.com/forum/4-6l...ach-1-a-4.html

Most people will tell you that the best thing you can do for the money to make an immediate noticeable difference will be to purchase a tuner from either BAMA (AmericanMuscle.com) or Brenspeed.

Other options include a cold air intake, gears, long tube headers w/ X or H pipe.

It seems you're looking to supercharge, so decide what your goal is performance wise, and how soon you may consider going that route.

The car comes from the factrh with a cold air intake, can you explain thereasoning for mentioning this as something that would increase performance?

I agree with everyone else on gears. Use the search button to find out what gears you want because that question has been asked a million times and could be found easily

Gears and a tuner is a good place to start. Check out american muscle, they have some pretty good combo's.

He has an '09. Don't those respond more to a CAI then our models?

@OP: Gears and if your wallet is large go for a supercharger.
