Your going to need the kit itself, 1 step colder spark plugs (most run TR6's from NGK) gapped at .035. Run it off a WOT switch, and use a window switch. It allows you to select the RPM that you spray at. You don't want to spray until 3k and never wanna hit your rev limiter while spraying.

Say I was to run a 50 or 75 shot, would I still need to do all of this in order to run it?

you can get window switches for about 100 bucks, and its like 4 or 5 wires to hook up.. the wide open throttle switch comes with your kit and just attaches to the throttle body. and the plugs can be found at autozone or similar auto stores.

Some will say you can spray on the factory tune up to a 100 WET shot. but I would get a tune for it just to be safe.

Ok cool. Mine is sct tuned so I'm guessing that will be ok?

If your car is running the pre programmed SCT tune, it's not what you want. That tune advances your ignition timing for naturally aspirated motors. With nitrous you need a tune that RETARDS the ignition timing so you can stay away from detonation. You would have to spend the money and get it A) put on a dyno B) buy a canned nitrous tune from a company like BAMA etc, and they can email you the tune, and you can upload it to your SCT and than to your car. But the tune that is in your car now is the EXACT OPPOSITE of what you want for nitrous.

yea I showed my lack of knowledge for nitrous there but all in all it looks like that tune I have kinda messed up my budget buy costing me more to run nitrous. I may stick with supercharging it but I figured nitrous would be a cheaper route for power but I feel like the supercharger may be worth it in the end. Thanks for your help it explained everything
