Default cleaned up the snake :)

finally got a decent wash in tonight, did a wash then claybar'd it. waiting until tomorrow and i'll finish it off with some compound/polish/wax. here's some pics of it to now, i'll snap some better ones tomorrow.

Hopefully this weekend i'll be putting on my ported blower and cutting the springs if i get the time. I also just got my 26spline input shaft in the mail, clutch is the next bigger purchase. I'm loving this car so far!

kinda high, 72xxx. the paint deff has it's flaws when you get up close. i'm hoping some of them come out with the compound/polish tho. and man, that first picture really makes me see the need for a 10.5" wheel!

I hope yours rides better on cut springs than mine. I took a coil off the back and about 1 3/4 off the front, it looks good but it rides like crap! Thing bounces all over the place now.

that seems like a lot to cut, everything i've seen is 3/4 off the front 1/2 in the back for a great stance. also I know the 03/04's have linear springs so cutting them does not change ride quality, not sure if your 01 cobra has the same?

From everything I've read 01's have linear too. I know each one ends up different as far as how much you have to cut to get a certain drop, I only cut that much because it was still sky high even after cutting one coil all around. Maybe yours won't be as bad as mine, it rides good on even roads but I definitely know when I hit a bump! Oh well, it gives me a reason to buy some coilovers now so maybe its not so bad. Car looks good by the way!
