Default mustang to vette

Well some of u may know i am having trouble getting a inspectation sticker for my mustang. Well i test drove a 2004 C5 vette today hopefully trading in my car. I got 12700 for my car for a trade in value and 3k off of retail on the vette. Just need to have wife on board. The vette is black 6 speed w heads up display, Z51 handling package, bose, chrome wheels, and glass roof. It has 49k miles and it is very quick 50 mph out of first gear not even hitting redline.

If i end up getting car i will post some pictures. I hope wife agrees as the mustang title is in her name.

You got 12700 for your trade in? Holy hell, congrats! If you don't mind me asking, how much was the vette priced at? That seems like a hell of o a deal.

I like the C5's, just don't act like a typical vette owner. Looking forward to seeing pictures of the new car!

Vette price 22900. Clean car fax and full retail is 26k. So i didnt get porked on the other end either. Unfortunately 12700 is not nearly what i gt into my stang but it is more than full retail on a stock 2003 GT vert.

My wife does not get it is an excellent deal all around especially since it has a rejection sticker for the past 7 months.

Z06 perhaps for an 2001 or 2002. I wanted the glass removeable roof. 22.9k is more than fair price.

I think they jacked up the price of that Vette to give u a higher trade in on your car to make you feel like your getting a deal, just my two cents. At other dealers you would be luckey to get 8k for a trade on an 02 gt ragardless of modifications.

I only want 10k for my car...so if you can get 12 it should be easy but it isn't.

Locations change a lot of things but my friend bought a 2002 Z06 with 30k miles last year for $22k.... if you're happy you're happy... but make sure you realize what you're doing.
