Default Windsor to patriot Romeo heads.. few questions.

What does it take to swap from windsor to romeo heads if im going to be using aftermarket cams already? I know the valve covers, and and timing cover bolts. Anything else that I have overlooked? Found a good deal on some romeo heads, and it would be nice to get to a head with some extra spark plug threads for my build. I've also read some mixed reviews on patriot heads. Any one with actual experience with them?

When I did my PI swap the valve covers and the timing cover bolts (8mm to 10mm) were the only things I needed to change. I, too, have read and heard some bad stories about Patriot heads. I don't have any personal experiance, though. Good luck.
