Default Got the Block back!!

Well gents finally got the phone call that I've been waiting for.... COME PICK UP YOUR BLOCK! I must say this is by far the best mod that I have done to my car and only wish I had it done it sooner (2 bottom ends in 10 months)...Got to give shout out to my boys, ctgreedy for selling me the cams at such a awesome price. Dwtjr for selling me the block as well as the pistons at a heluva good price and uberstang, GT 04, boduke, Lizzy fan, 97pls stang, Kerns and a host of others for helping me find little parts here and there that were needed to finish the project..And to Purp for keeping me going.. . Let you guys in on a secret..I almsot got rid her when this engine blew.. I had even test Drove a 11 GT a week after the engine blew..Must say I'm glad I kept her! Took the block to the mechanic that's doing the install today and he said that he will start on it tomorrow. Sinc he works at a Ford Dealership during the day he hopes to have the car completed by next Wed (5 Sept). Got a dyno appt for the 8th so I'll post numbers and a video after I get home (if all goes right, lol)..I've also decided to stick with my 3.33 pulley but will have a 3.0 pulley in hand if the tuner thinks the block can handle it then I'll install it.. Just as I did with my S/C build I will post parts needed for a very in exspensive forged 2V short block build.. Sorry so long of a story guys but I'm pretty pumped right now!

My goal is to run 11 psi and 425 rwhp.. Do you guys think she'll put those numbers out??

With a forged short block, your engine shouldn't be holding you back from that 3.0 pulley... if anything it could be your fuel system/MAF.

^ your fuel system will hold you back, that motor should be able to hold good power.

And congrats on getting it back man glad to hear it.Im anxious to see numbers and hear a video of those cams. Good luck with the rest of the install

Bout time! Lol that new heart looks so sexy and clean. i can't wait to hear those cams, I've been lazy, slacking and haven't installed mine yet lol. Those numbers are more than achievable with that setup as long as your fuel system holds up. Glad to see it finally coming together.
