Default Any value to my wheels?

Hello

Previous owner of my GT rashed up all 4 wheels pretty good and even put a small bend in one. I've been looking hard for a direct OEM replacement in perfect condition but have struck out.

Saw these wheels at OE Wheels, and have been looking at American Muscle as well. I want cosmetically as close to stock wheels as I can find.

My question is, do my stock wheels in what I would consider fair to below fair condition hold any resale value? I want to minimize my out of pocket expense.

Below is a pic of one of my wheels showing the rash. All 4 are pretty much the same.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm not having trouble finding new wheels. What I'm after is a value of my stock wheels so I know about how much out of pocket I will be if I buy new & sell the stock wheels.

Like, is there any value in my stock wheels in current condition.

thanks

MEH! i must have misread your initial post...
you "might" be able to dump them off @ $200 for the whole set.
the blemishes don't look like it's too much for a wheel repair shop, but that could easily run $100/wheel depending on damage, etc.

Don't see why they wouldn't make a good set of drag rims or track rims...just gotta find the right buyer

Few hundred bucks depending on condition of the tires.

Might cost more to ship them than what you'll get from them.. If you wanna make any money make sure you sell them local.. GL!

The deal is that they, the OEM wheels, were likely made in the same factory(s) as the wheels offered by OEWheels (hence the name). There is nothing special about them.

I sold my stock, somewhat bashed up with one bent, wheels for $250 with 1/2 way decent tires, and wanted to kiss the jer...-UM, fellow that bought them. Then got a 17x9 and 17x10.5 set from OEWheels, with tires, for $650..

Bottom line, they are just another set of Asian wheels hat happened to come stock on a GT...

I'd find someone local that's looking for a set of drag/winter wheels that don't care what they look like.

Craigslist has all kinds of fools looking for stuff like that
