check out this 2000 gt
so today at work i got handed an r.o. for a 2000 mustang gt, cranks no start. no big deal, until i go out and push it in and look at the miles, has a whopping 3300 miles on it! I snapped a pic of the underneath and i've seen 2011 cars that haven't been this clean. just thought i'd share, and what i'm trying to figure out is why would someone keep a normal every day gt in this well kept shape, almost like he's just storing it forever, why not do this to a 99 cobra or mach 1 or something.
My question is why not? My gt is clean and I plan on keeping it that way. In the end maybe its all he could afford and will ever be able to afford so he wants to keep it nice forever. I think gtcs are worth saving, no reason to beat them to the ground. Nice car though, don't see many like that anymore. Gts are hard to find in nice shape because like you said people tend to not keep them as nice.
i'm not saying people should take care of their gt's. my old gt was very clean underneath especially it being a michigan car. but i mean this was as clean as it was back in 2000. i would doubt there's more than 5 other gt's in this clean of shape in the country and imo i dont see them being worth it when it comes to buying it and not getting your money out of the car.

Very clean looking car though. Did it have the new car smell still?
